The Yamaha MTX5-D is a high-performance matrix processor designed for advanced multi-zone and networked audio systems. With a powerful 34 × 16 matrix architecture, it enables flexible routing, mixing, and processing of multiple audio sources across large and complex installations.

Equipped with 8 mic/line inputs, 8 analog outputs, and extensive digital connectivity—including 16 channels of Dante and 16 channels of YDIF—the MTX5-D is ideal for scalable AV systems in corporate, hospitality, education, and worship environments.

A built-in SD card slot allows playback of announcements or background music, while the MY card expansion slot provides additional flexibility for system integration. Combined with Yamaha’s advanced DSP processing and MTX Editor software control, the MTX5-D serves as the central control hub for professional audio installations.
