Shopping with ProSoundHub
These terms apply to purchases and enquiries through ProSoundHub. Read the product description, the order total and the separate delivery, returns and warranty policies before paying. Keep your order confirmation and any agreed quotation. South African law applies; nothing here limits a right or remedy that the law makes mandatory.
Products, prices and availability
Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). Check the item, options, quantities, tax information and delivery charge in your order summary. Product photographs illustrate the listed equipment; included accessories must be stated in the description. Ask us about compatibility or anything unclear before ordering. Stock status can change. If we identify an error or cannot supply an item, we will contact you to agree a correction, alternative or cancellation; we will not substitute equipment without your agreement.
Orders, quotations and EFT
A quotation request or WhatsApp enquiry does not itself place a paid order or reserve stock. Check the scope, validity and payment instructions on a formal quotation. An automatic order acknowledgement records your request; it is not proof that EFT funds have cleared. Use the order reference when paying and verify any unexpected change of banking details by calling the office. Dispatch depends on confirmed payment, availability and agreed delivery arrangements. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with your applicable rights.
Delivery and cancellations
Delivery availability, charges and timing must be confirmed before payment, either at checkout or in a written quotation. Do not assume that an unquoted destination or a blank delivery amount means free shipping. Tell us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Safe use and warranty
Use equipment in accordance with its instructions and obtain qualified assistance for electrical installation or rigging. Manufacturer coverage differs between products and does not replace statutory rights. See our Warranty Policy. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, complaints and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how order and enquiry information is handled. For a complaint, send the order reference, the issue and the resolution you seek. You may also use applicable consumer-protection or dispute-resolution channels. Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
